of Ironton 2010 (and 2011 !)
Bryant Health Center
recently received a 5-star rating from the U.S. Department of Health
and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The 5-star Quality Rating System rates nursing facilities from a low
of one star to a high of five stars based on health inspection
surveys, staffing information, and quality of care measurements.
Nursing homes with 5 stars are considered to have quality much above
average and nursing homes with 1 star are considered to have quality
much below average. Bryant Health Center is the only building within
a 25-mile radius to receive this award. More information on this
