	Good Monday Morning, I just once again wish to express my thanks for the lovely afternoon "Falling In Love With Yourself," the speakers were great. I am glad you had such a wonderful turnout. Please, please, express my thanks and compliments to the kitchen staff, who certainly deserve praise. That buffet was nothing short of awesome, and I know you had a hand in the planning of this event and you are to be complimented. Everyone was so impressed with not only the delicious treats and the décor, but also the presentation of the food. I hope you got some pictures, I wish I had a camera. In talking with some of the staff and residents, I guess you had quite a Buckeye luncheon that day also. Once again, I can only say "if you can't be home.....be at the Sanctuary." 	August 4, 2011 Hello Laura! I am writing to THANK YOU AND YOUR WONDERFUL TEAM for the exceptional attention and care you gave to my mother, Judy C. during her rehabilitation, as well as to our entire family during the spring this year. Your entire staff and facility were BEYOND accommodating to us and the skilled care and rehabilitation that my mother received could be compared to none! It was so easy for me to sleep in my own bed at night knowing that your caring and attentive staff was at her beck and call! It was SO nice to see my mom smile and get better, stronger, and more confident EVERY DAY! The PT team was exceptional!!! Extremely motivating, in fact, my mom enjoyed them and the work outs so much, as well as the socialization, that she would often times go down for extra time in the room! The nursing staff and aids were over the top professional and caring. Amber, Julie, and Kathy (aid) stand out to me - if my mom needed something - they were there in seconds. They really encouraged her and helped her confidence improve, I am SO very grateful. She was truly treated as if she were one of their own family members. They were extremely accommodating to my entire family, and when we all showed up, we were quite a crowd. Y Your housekeepers did an awesome job - never one time did I see a trash can with anything, the floor was always swept, and the bathroom was extremely clean!! From the moment you walk in the doors you can tell they take pride in their work, the company they work for, and the residents they work with. I won't ever find the words to truly tell you how very much my entire family appreciated the amazing care my mom received......THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! 	August 1, 2011 Dear Laura, I would like to express my deep gratitude to you and your entire staff for taking care of me while I was at the Sanctuary for a week. Each and every person who was attending on me was courteous, professional and warm. The therapy staff was equally capable, courteous and of immense help; my indebtedness goes to Jodi, Brett and Megan. The Sanctuary at Tuttle Crossing was everything I expected it to be and more!  A beautiful room, excellent nursing staff, wonderful food and a caring O.T. and P.T. group. Thank you to everyone who made my recovery from surgery so successful. Sincerely, Donna

 

 

Thanks to all the special nurses, physical and occupational therapists, food service personnel. The Easter buffet was amazing. Also the housekeeping people. A special thanks to Laura, your staff’s attention to detail was outstanding. It was so nice of you to check on me at the hospital with a nice gift of a flower.
