The Sanctuary at Wilmington Place successfully passed the Ohio Department of Health's annual survey inspection with zero deficiencies in regulatory compliance. The statewide average for nursing home deficiencies in regulatory compliance is seven, and the Academy awards facilities with three or fewer.
